We hire people who are committed to upholding our high standards. Our employees take our values seriously, and our training helps guide them to make good decisions. 98% of our employees completed the annual Business Conduct training in 2023. Our managers play an active and important role in ensuring employees complete their training.
Business Conduct is a key aspect of new employee orientation and onboarding. Managers partner with Apple’s Compliance team to provide live training on Business Conduct topics. Apple employees also receive targeted live training based on job responsibilities and risk.
We focus on the practical.
We use real-life examples and scenarios to illustrate our policies. Apple employees complete mandatory annual Business Conduct training customized for their line of business. Topics include workplace behaviors, conflicts of interest, gifts, confidentiality, competition, privacy, and other important laws and values.
Our trainings bring our values to life.
